Its a little wonder that Elmbridge was recently named the best place to live in the country

The Surrey towns of Cobham, Esher, Oxshott, Walton On Thames, West Byfleet and Weybridge all fall within the Elmbridge Borough Council boundaries. Each of the towns has its own charm and attributes. Beautiful landscapes, rivers and woodland, a rich history, easy commuting to London and the airports and internationally renowned schools.

For all these reasons it remains in a property micro-climate, weathering the housing market ups and downs better than most.
