We are using Landcycle.com
Technology is always changing and it seems nowhere faster than within the property sector.  We are always trying to keep up with the times and have fully embraced https://www.landcycle.com/ a new property and planning platform.
We specifically chose landcycle because it is fully accessible by anyone and is not just a business tool, our csutomers and clients can use it too. Pleasingly there is no subscription fee so its open to everyone to sign up.
Some of the really useful features are the land registry mapping layer, planning applications alerts (so you can find out when someone submits a planning application near you), the land registry title alert so you get an email if there is any change to your title and their Property Report – if you want a copy just let us know and we can email it to you.  This includes a raft of information from ecology risks and planning constraints to useful market data.
