We are used to seeing predictability in the

Elmbridge market but we are currently in

challenging, changing times and forthcoming

season ahead will prove interesting. With a

difficult 9 months behind us, anyone entering

the rental market for the quarter ahead

(normally peak season) may see some good

bargains. Couple this with a soft sales market and we are seeing a large number of houses which arent selling coming to the letting market.

This creates a competitive marketplace

of opportunity where the best properties always

win through. We’ve navigated these markets
